Mitool Equipments Pvt. Ltd. manufactures cable management systems at MIDC Additional Ambernath in Thane district and supplies them across India and to export markets. This page is the index to every location we serve.
Each location page carries the industrial belts covered, the tray types each local sector normally specifies, and a finish recommendation written for that environment rather than a generic one. Cable tray that performs well inland can fail early on the coast, and a specification that suits a chemical plant is wasted money in a warehouse — which is why the advice differs page by page.
If your location is not listed, it does not mean we cannot supply it. Send your bill of quantities with the delivery address and we will confirm dispatch timing along with the quotation.
Ventilated base for heat dissipation. The default choice for control, instrumentation and mixed cabling in India plants, fit-outs and commercial buildings.
Horizontal and vertical bends, inside and outside risers, reducers, tee and cross sections, coupler plates and clamps in matching material and finish.
What Each India Sector Specifies
A starting point for tray selection by application. Final selection follows your cable schedule, fill ratio and support spacing.

Choosing the Right Finish for India
Finish is the decision that most often separates a tray package that lasts from one that does not, and the right answer changes with the site rather than with the product.
Pre-galvanized sheet to IS 277, formed after galvanizing, is the economical choice for runs inside a covered, dry building. It is not suited to outdoor use or to coastal and chemical atmospheres.
Hot dip galvanizing to IS 2629 and IS 4759, applied after fabrication, puts a heavier and more uniform coating over welds and cut edges. It is the working baseline for anything outdoors, and for naturally ventilated buildings in humid regions.
Stainless steel is chosen against process and atmosphere rather than weather. SS304 covers pharmaceutical, food and washdown duty; SS316 resists chloride pitting and is the grade for coastal, marine and chloride-bearing process environments.
Powder coating is an appearance finish. Applied over a galvanized base it is fine for visible runs in commercial interiors; applied over bare steel it hides corrosion rather than preventing it.
Each location page linked below carries the finish recommendation for that specific environment, because advice written for an inland plant does not transfer to a coastal or chemical site unchanged.

IS 14927 Part 1 covers general requirements for cable trunking and ducting systems and Part 2 covers cable trays and cable ladder systems, including load class and permissible span. IEC 61537 is the international equivalent. Galvanizing is normally called out as IS 277 for pre-galvanized sheet, or IS 2629 and IS 4759 for hot dip. Tell us the standard, load class and support spacing your consultant has specified and we will quote and document against it — settling this at enquiry stage avoids tray arriving at site with a support spacing on the drawing that no longer suits the load class supplied.
Delivery to India
Trays are bundled and strapped for site handling, and accessories can be packed separately by zone where a project is erected in phases. For larger packages we can stage dispatch against your erection schedule rather than delivering the full quantity at once. Tell us the delivery location with your enquiry and dispatch timing is confirmed with the quotation.
Send your cable tray schedule for a India project
Share the tray layout or bill of quantities with sizes, finish and accessories. You get back a line-by-line quotation with dispatch timing.
We supply across India from our works at MIDC Additional Ambernath, Thane, with the heaviest coverage in Maharashtra and Gujarat, and we export to the Middle East, Africa and South Asia. Use the location links on this page to reach the page for your area.
Is the specification the same everywhere?
No, and that is the point of separate location pages. Coastal sites need hot dip galvanizing as a minimum and often SS316; inland sites can usually use pre-galvanized tray indoors; chemical plants need the grade chosen zone by zone against process exposure.
Can you supply to a location not listed here?
Yes. The listed pages cover the belts we serve most often. Send your bill of quantities with the delivery address and we will confirm dispatch timing with the quotation.
